Who This Is For

Preparing Your Product for Manufacturing

Choosing a manufacturer isn't the end of product development. Once manufacturing begins, new questions often arise about construction, materials, specifications, and sample revisions.

This service is for you if:

  • You're preparing to begin sampling with a manufacturer.

  • Your manufacturer is asking questions you're unsure how to answer.

  • Factory samples need to be reviewed before approving revisions.

  • Product decisions need to remain consistent throughout manufacturing.

  • You'd like guidance without hiring a full-time technical designer.

  • You want support communicating with your manufacturer during sampling.

What You Need

Every Decision Defines Your Product

Questions from your manufacturer aren't simply part of the manufacturing process. Every decision becomes part of the information used to build your product. Construction details, material selections, fit adjustments, and production decisions all influence how your product is ultimately manufactured.

The answers don't always require major changes, but they do require technical evaluation. A question about fit may indicate it's time for a Fit Review. Material concerns may lead to additional Material Sourcing. Construction decisions or product revisions may need to be incorporated into your Tech Pack so your manufacturer is working from the most current information.

Each decision documented replaces another assumption, helping your product move into production with greater consistency.
