Who This Is For

Give Your Idea The Structure It Needs

Every sewn product idea starts with a pattern. Whether you're creating something new or refining an existing product, professional pattern development transforms ideas, sketches, or reference samples into the technical foundation needed to build your product consistently.

If any of these situations sound familiar, you're likely in the right place.

  • You have sketches or design concepts and need professional patterns.

  • You have a sample but no pattern to recreate or refine it.

  • You need patterns developed for a new apparel or sewn product.

  • You have paper patterns that need to be digitized into editable files.

  • You have existing patterns and want an experienced pattern maker to review them before moving forward.

  • You're preparing for sewn prototyping, pattern grading or tech packs.

What You Need

Pattern Development That Defines Your Product

A 3D mannequin wearing a white blazer next to a computer screen displaying a technical pattern for a blazer, including detailed sewing lines and measurements.

A pattern begins with measurements, but those measurements are only as good as the information behind them. Using CLO|3D garment visualization and industry standard Alvanon dress forms that represent your target customer, we evaluate fit, proportion, and construction before ever sewing a sample.

Once the pattern has been established, Sewn Prototyping confirms how those product decisions translate into a physical sample. From there, the pattern can be expanded through Pattern Grading and documented in a Tech Pack to communicate your product to a manufacturer.
