Built from a final pattern and sample - $1000 and up
This option documents the product decisions that have already been developed and verified through pattern making and sewn prototyping.
Construction methods, measurements, materials, and product details have already been tested and approved, providing the information needed to create a comprehensive tech pack for manufacturing.
This tech pack is 11+ pages and includes:
3D technical sketches throughout
Fabrications page
Material and Grade Layouts
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Pattern Pieces List (Cutter’s Must)
Sequence of Construction (SOC)
Callout Sketches for:
Details, Stitches and Fabrication

This option documents the product information established during pattern development before a sewn sample is available.
Existing pattern information provides a strong technical foundation while additional details can continue to be documented as samples are developed with your manufacturer and product evaluation continues.

This option documents the technical information needed for products that have already been sampled and are one size or contain fewer than 5 pattern pieces.
Simpler products require less technical documentation while still providing manufacturers with the information needed to produce the product consistently from one production run to the next.
This tech pack is 7+ pages and includes:
Photography images throughout
Fabrications page
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Pattern Pieces List (Cutter’s Must)

How Does a Tech Pack Fit Into the Process?
A tech pack brings together the product information established during development so it can be clearly communicated to a manufacturer. The more development that has been completed, the more complete the documentation can be. Once your tech pack is finished, your product can move forward into manufacture, with Founder Support available for guidance as you begin working with a factory.
What Do I Need to Get Started?
