Questions about product development, manufacturers, sampling, sourcing, production, or construction. If your question turns into hands-on work, like file revisions or a pattern review, that gets scoped separately before it begins.

No. Monthly hours reset each billing cycle. The prepaid three-month Starter option is the exception: those three hours can be used anytime in the three-month period.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade for your next billing cycle as your needs change.

Additional consultation is $150/hour on Starter and Growth. Production members get a reduced rate of $125/hour.
