Creating a new product, like any worthwhile journey, starts with preparation. Before development begins, you need a clear way to show your idea — and it doesn’t have to be a sketch. Our Design Ideation Course helps you organize and refine your ideas into a professional visual reference while teaching how each design decision impacts materials, construction, and manufacturing. You’ll gain the clarity, technical understanding, and confidence needed to move from concept to development and ultimately into successful production.
Create and Improve Your Design Idea
DEVELOPMENT
If you already have a design illustration or rough sample, it’s time to begin development. Through our proven Step-By-Step Process, we bring your idea to life as a 3D virtual design that can be evaluated and refined in real time. From there, we sew samples to confirm that materials and construction methods are practical for production. Once the initial sample is approved, we grade your pattern for a full size range, create batch samples, and build your comprehensive tech pack. Every stage is intentional—ensuring you have exactly what’s needed for successful manufacturing: accurate patterns, verified samples, and complete documentation.

MANUFACTURE
Moving into production can feel daunting — but you don’t have to navigate it alone. We partner with Satsuma Designs, our trusted local manufacturer, to provide reliable, high-quality production for new and growing brands. If you already have your own factory, one of our Manufacture Transfer services may be the right fit. We can prepare your project for a seamless handoff through your first production sample to ensure all documentation is clear and complete. If you need more hands-on support, we offer ongoing production management to oversee quality, communication, and consistency every step of the way.
