Pattern Development - Starting at $400

We design and fit your concept in real time using true-to-life 3D garment simulation and industry standard dress forms to match your target market. Reduce fabric waste, lower costs and shorten your time to production through 3D modeling and a virtual sample. Make changes on the fly and approve your designs before committing to the costs of production sampling.

Pattern Digitizing - Starting at $150

We convert your paper patterns into a digital version that can be easily evaluated for accuracy, balance, and construction. This also eternalizes your design while providing a solid foundation for striking off future designs or making pattern changes. This services includes basic pattern cleanup and labeling; however, we can do a deeper review of your style to ensure construction efficiency and an accurate fit through our Pattern Review service below.

Digitized patterns will be provided as an industry standard .dxf file in AAMA and ASTM.

Pattern Review - Starting at $300

If your pattern is not already in digital format we will start by digitizing it into our software. We then sew it up virtually to verify construction. If you don’t already know the body measurements and base size for which your pattern was created, we will select one from the Alvanon series of dress forms that best matches your target market. We then build your design as a virtual sample in 3D. Once this is complete, we meet with you to review the 3D render and go over any areas that may need adjusting to improve sewing efficiency. If we notice any errors or fit issues, we will review those with you, too.
